Beat Games, a part of Oculus Studios, is an award-winning game studio based in Prague, Czech Republic. Beat Games’ first VR title, Beat Saber, has become a global success, selling more than 4 million copies and 40 million songs since launch and continues to collaborate with some of the biggest artists in the music industry.
As our first Social Media Manager, you’ll be bringing your social media enthusiasm and intricate knowledge of the ins and outs of all social media platforms and community hubs including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch and Reddit to a new Beat Games Marketing team.
You’ll be responsible for creating efficient end to end processes and strategy to support the successful delivery of social media marketing content, new community focused campaigns to support product launches and feature updates, and partnering with the wider marketing team to drive brand and business goals around acquisition, engagement, and retention. Additionally, you’ll distill qualitative and quantitative insights to inform our product roadmap and overall marketing strategy.
The individual will be based in London/Prague.

Qualifications(岗位要求)
4+ years managing community development and social media
Expertise on how to leverage different social platforms and community channels to drive growth, engagement, and business goals
In-depth knowledge of Beat Games’ first title, Beat Saber
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proven track record leveraging community insights to shape marketing strategies and product plans
Ability to forge strong relationships across a global marketing team
Description(岗位职责)
Develop and shape Beat’s social strategy across Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, Twitter, YouTube, and other social platforms
Grow the Beat community across these platforms, with a focus on diversity and inclusion
Coordinate day to day editorial content calendar executions including copywriting, asset coordination, and publishing to all relevant brand social channels
Experience with coordinating assets. Knowledge of creative dimension sizes and the different nuances of how they display on each platform
Experience with social community management and ability to maintain the brand’s social voice, tone, and style when interacting with the community
Lead the creation of community focused campaigns that drive acquisition, retention, engagement, and brand goals for Beat
Analyze and report on the performance of owned social channels to measure the effectiveness of our efforts, with an emphasis on continuous optimization and iteration.
Develop, document & share out social processes that help drive efficiencies across a cross-functional org that facilitate best-in-class social brand presences
Partner closely with the Oculus marketing team on campaigns and marketing initiatives
