Qualifications（岗位要求）
Key qualifications:
- MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or related Fields
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience
- Experience inCMOSphotonicdevices
- Excellent understanding of image sensordevices, architectures and performance metrics
- Solid understanding of semiconductor device physics and reliability;
- Experience with pre/post Silicon pixel performance optimization
- ExperiencewithCADdesign tools for design, layout and physical verification
Additional Preferred Skills
- Familiarity withToFdevices (SPADs,iToF)
- Understanding analogcircuit design concepts
- Familiarity withCMOSImage Sensor processes(FSI/BSI/Stacked)
- Familiarity with SPAD processes
- Experience withimage-sensor characterizationand debug
- Familiaritywith pixel optics (e.g. microlens, cross-talk, sensitivity enhancement, diffractive optics)
Education:
- PhD in Electrical Engineeringor related fields with at least 5 years relevant industry experience or MS in Electrical Engineeringor related fields with at least ten years relevant industry experience

Responsibilities:
- Pixel
- Design and evaluate different image sensor and pixel technologies e.g. Time of Flight (ToF), SWIR, Low Light etc.
- Identify and derivepixelperformancedriversfromsimulations and measurements ofpixeltest structures
- Design new high-performancecompactToFand related Pixels
- Evaluate different pixel DOE’s&selectbestcandidates for mass production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new high-performance Image Sensors
- Chip
- Define analog and digital chip features to best leverage the new Pixel features
- System
- Define,invent and evaluate different optical and photonic structures to enhance sensorperformance
