Summary（岗位介绍）
The QA Lead is accountable for managing a team of QA Managers who are driving the day-to-day execution of our QA program, and enforcing a high-quality bar across multiple titles and platforms. You will have QA leadership experience in video game development, as well as experience managing third-party vendors in an external or remote capacity. You will drive the business goals of the program downwards with the team, and leverage your leadership skills to coach and mentor a high functioning group of QA Managers.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
10+ years of QA Leadership experience in VR, console, or PC video games.
5+ years experience in managing external vendors or remote teams.
Understanding of the game production life cycle, tools, process and execution planning.
Success building and optimizing test strategies for large scale programs.
Experience with Compliance and Certification testing.
Experience with end-to-end game QA process.
Familiar with multiple bug tracking databases.
Effective communication skills across all levels of an organization.
Familiarity with multiple genres of PC and/or console games.
Description（岗位职责）
Lead a team of QA managers supporting content launching from third party developers.
Drive communication and operational processes between cross functional teams, external QA vendors, and third party developers we partner with.
Maintain testing schedules for all titles coming out of the content groups our team supports, ensuring they are hitting their deadlines and reporting out on progress.
Attend weekly QA calls and project risk meetings, influencing our partners to make difficult decisions around titles they own.
Jump in and support projects as needed.
Coach and develop talent across the team, creating a collaborative environment.
Proactively evaluate testing processes and efficiencies.
Ensure that the QA team is kicking projects off in time and our QA vendors perform at the level expected by Meta.

Experience shipping AAA titles on console or PC
Experience scaling QA teams and operations
Platform QA and new hardware development experience
Experience with VR development
Experience with Salesforce
