Meta Reality Labs is looking for a Logistics Analyst to drive excellence in information management, and support logistics operations management with contract manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics service providers.

Qualifications（岗位要求）

BA/BS degree in Supply Chain or related field

+ 5 years of experience in supply chain related functions/operations

Knowledge in supply chain management (planning, logistics, fulfilment), finance (costing, AP, budgeting, forecasting), operation analysis and design

Proficient in MS Office package, specifically Excel and Powerpoint

Knowledge of dashboarding tools and information management systems (e.g. Tableau, E2Open, Oracle)

Basic certification in project management

Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Excellent presentation, negotiating and influencing skills

Self-motivated, independent, target oriented and good analytical mind

Excellent time management skills with ability to cope with rapid response to priority changes and deadlines, able to efficiently manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously

Able to think, plan, and execute quickly and resourcefully, both autonomously and as part of a broader team

Description（岗位职责）

Logistics Operations Support and Optimization

• Maintain internal knowledge base that support cross-program functions within the inbound logistics team

• Drive process enhancements / automations that leverage existing systems to minimize manual administrative work internally and with external partners

• Project manage cross-program initiatives within the inbound team

• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Data and Systems Management

• Primary point of contact for forwarder data issues, and system troubleshoot

• Own and refine processes with suppliers and factories to ensure data accuracy and timeliness

• Define and execute projects / tools together with internal teams and external partners to enhance supply chain visibility

• Represent the APAC team in the design and execution of new global transport management systems

ensuring business needs are met and completed within timeline

• Create and maintain standard operating process documentation that align data management best practices across freight forwarders

Performance Monitoring, Reporting and Analysis

• Define and report on metrics that measure, benchmark, and evaluate forwarder performance – to be used during monthly and quarterly business reviews

• Prepare transit time analyses that allow program leads and planners to make timely decisions amidst dynamic market conditions

• Lead the ideation, development and maintenance of dashboards that support program leads in uncovering opportunities that elevate inbound operational efficiency and mitigate logistics risks

• Consolidate cross-program data, reports, and insights for internal management reviews

• Propose actionable solution based on data to achieve desired target KPI performance and continuous improvement

Cost Management

• Freight Invoice & Payment Verification

• Responsible for freight cost estimates and advice that support the packaging design team in determining optimal configurations

• Collaborate with Global Finance on inbound logistics budgeting and cost forecasting (e.g. prepare cost per unit estimations and refine computation logic to achieve best estimates)

• Prepare cost-benefit analyses based off rate cards and operational insights to guide decisions and / or cost negotiations

• Prepare freight capacity utilization forecasts across programs and freight forwarders to ensure optimization of freight costs and terms within Business Service Agreements (BSAs)

Additional Requirements（额外要求）

Experience with optimizing information management systems and process automation

Solid practical and hands-on experience on forwarder performance management & process improvement

Excellent Project/Program Management with critical thinking and strong organizational skills in managing project timelines

Competency to develop processes and/or initiate requirements to meet project goals
