You will be partnering with internal teams who run programs to support our third-party developers, including but not limited to games user research and the creation of marketing materials. Ultimately rolling up to support a team of content owners that works across the Metaverse Content development ecosystem to deliver hit XR games. Ideal candidates are methodical thinkers who can break down complex problems, build solutions, and deliver actionable insights while working in a dynamic environment. This role will work cross-functionally with Procurement, Legal, Marketing, Metaverse Publishing, UX Research, Developer Programs and other third-party teams.


5+ years project management and/or game production experience

Extensive multi-tasking and prioritization skills–needs to move fast in a quick paced environment and possess the willingness to keep calm and collected during times of high pressure

Demonstrated experience in collaborating with external partners and stakeholders to drive buy-in and compliance with process

Interpersonal skills with emphasis on building productive and positive relationships with third-party developers, managers, peers, cross functional partners and vendors

Experience to create processes independently and move projects to completion in a fast-paced environment

Experience with attention to detail when documenting workflows, schedules, and trackers

Experience exhibiting a high degree of ownership and accountability


Administer and track budget for user research, marketing support and other programs to drive better results for third-party developers and the XR ecosystem

Measure the impact of programs and make recommendations on allocation of support, coordinating with the cross-functional partners who drive the programs

Bring efficiency/structure to both the programs as well as to Metaverse Publishing

Identify opportunities to improve operational excellence by sharing best practices

Work closely with Legal to manage contract and statement-of-work drafting and approval processes

Own developer onboarding and procurement for third-party service providers, including driving escalations for procurement, process, and CRM issues as well as identifying actionable solutions

Build consensus with cross-functional teams in establishing target dates for deliverables and identify blockers for launch

Work cross-functionally to drive execution and hold people accountable for deliverables

Additional Requirements(额外要求)

BA/BSc, degree

Experience with user research programs and recruiting

Experience with marketing programs and creation of marketing materials

Understanding of the game development lifecycle, or external Game Production experience

Experience working directly with external vendors and internal service organizations

Experience with Salesforce and CRM tools

Experience building or managing knowledge bases and with using markup languages

Platform QA and new hardware development experience, including first-party compliance and certification testing

Experience in technology and the XR industry
