Qualifications（岗位要求）
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ of experience in Production, Program Management, or related field
- 3+ years’ of experience in Azure Dev Ops or other work management and tracking systems
- This position requires access to export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software,and services governed by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Due to contractuallimitations and ITAR obligations associated with this role, U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanentresident status, or protected person status under 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3) is required
- Candidates selected for this position must comply with Federal Executive Order 14042 mandating that federal contractors and subcontractors receive the COVID-19 vaccine by being fully vaccinated before their date of hire, or work with Microsoft to receive an approved religious or medical accommodation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated track record of successfully working across external and internal partners and customers on joint delivery of product components
- Strong cross-discipline collaboration skills
- Great communication, written and verbal
- Ability to organize large amounts of information into clear and concise segments
- Working with the US Military or other government contracts
- Augmented or Virtual Reality experience
- Unity, Unreal or related game engine experience
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

- Drive the production, schedule and overall delivery of our public sector products
- Work directly with customers to understand their priorities and incorporate into the product roadmap
- Collaborate and drive consensus across multiple stakeholders, both internal and external
- Partner with industry-leading Engineers, Artists and Designers to scope, design, develop, and deliver world class Mixed Reality experiences for the US military
- Plan and execute engineering validation events ranging from casual daily build tests to formal integration events with partners
- Get hands on with state-of-the art next generation Mixed Reality hardware, sensors and software
- Incorporate the latest AI, Machine Learning and Computer vision capabilities into the design of our products
