Our team within Reality Labs (RL) Display and Optics organization focuses on developing cutting-edge optical sensing solutions to enable novel experiences with industry-leading AR/VR devices, which will bring the world closer and empower people to build communities. Given the team’s mission to ship world-class products; high engineering rigor, creative problem solving, and cross-functional communication are expected and broadly valued. We are laser-focused on incubating winning prototypes, establishing new process capabilities with supply-chain partners, and shipping product subsystems that are designed for high-volume manufacturing (HVM).

We are currently seeking accomplished researchers with experience designing, modeling, and prototyping advanced eye tracking systems based on optical scanning. We are looking for innovators and systems thinkers that challenge long-standing assumptions to discover true solutions to complex problems.
