Beat Games is proudly a part of Reality Labs organisation at Meta. We have big plans for our game and to achieve that we are looking for a QA Lead to join our studio in Prague to help take Beat Saber to the next level. We are an award-winning game studio based in Prague, Czech Republic. Our game has sold over 4 million copies to date and we collaborated with huge artists such as Billie Eilish and BTS.
This is a key role in building the future of VR games and entertainment with the Beat Games team. We are a growing team of leaders in the VR industry at the cutting edge of where music and games come together. This role will help deliver new features, services, and improvements to Beat Saber across multiple VR platforms.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of quality Engineering and/or test engineering experience.
Hands-on experience with planning, designing, executing tests and knowledge of performance and stress testing.
Experience implementing and maintaining quality test automation for both mobile and PC applications.
Experience managing black box testing with remote testers.
Knowledge of industry standard test automation tools & automation frameworks.
Understanding of the role that data and metrics play in the quality space.
Description（岗位职责）
Plan, develop and execute product quality strategies for Beat Games.
Develop test strategies for business critical projects to ensure product correctness before launch.
Manage a team of in-house and offshore testers to conduct black box testing.
Spearhead initiatives that influences engineering organizations to build a quality-driven culture.
Partner with engineering and infrastructure teams to leverage automation for scalable solutions to prevent regressions and ensure reliability of products.
Identify gaps and opportunities to improve quality.
Define and implement QA processes to optimize and scale testing within the product.
Establish and drive the adoption of quality metrics that help measure test effectiveness, efficiency, and overall quality of product.
Assess non-functional (e.g. i18n, l10n, a11y) product quality in collaboration with other quality focused teams and provide key insights to product teams.

QA Experience from game industry.
Experience being creative and having initiative to improve product quality coverage and effectiveness.
Experience with VR.
Experience in Python, PHP, Java, C/C++ or equivalent coding language.
Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Experience thriving in an ambiguous environment that demands constant self-prioritization.
Experience in project management approaches, tools and phases of a project life cycle.
