As a Reliability Lab Engineer, you will be responsible for helping to assess the reliability of innovative and cutting-edge consumer electronics modules and devices. This will require end-to-end ownership of conceiving, fabricating, validating, and maintaining custom test equipment and fixtures to simulate customer use cases as well as knowledge and experience operating and maintain standard reliability test equipment.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
3+ years experience in test equipment design and new test development/design of experiments
Experience working with model development software such as NX, SolidWorks, or other
Familiarity with reliability specific test equipment and methods such as environmental chambers, drop testers, shock towers, high speed video, universal test machines, etc.
Proven track record of designing and automating custom test equipment and fixtures
Experience with rapid prototyping methods
Experience with standard machine shop tools and methods
Experience conducting GRR or MSA
Experience operating, maintaining and troubleshooting complex test equipment
Experience in conducting testing and documenting the results in various types of digital formats
Description（岗位职责）
Devise, design, fabricate, and validate new test capabilities to support reliability testing objectives, including, but not limited to new test equipment, fixtures, and tools
Utilizing modeling software such as NX or SolidWorks, create new fixture designs
Provide guidance on design of experiments to the reliability engineering team based on equipment knowledge and best practices intended to engage with required test equipment matching custom, proprietary form factors
Create and execute validation plans for new test methods and equipment
Conduct gauge repeatability and reproducibility studies (GRR) or measurement system analysis (MSA) on new optical, electrical, and mechanical measurement equipment/methods to ensure the possibility of misclassification of pass/fail result is as low as possible
Development and execution of Installation, Operation, and Performance
Qualification(IQ/OQ/PQ) plans for newly installed or repaired test equipment
Work with internal and external teams to drive new test equipment development initiatives
Provide automation solutions for custom testers that meet reliability engineer requirements
Operate various types of test equipment and conduct testing to support organizational objectives
Become a liaison between engineers requesting new tests and the technicians who will run the tests to ensure high quality test results
Provides test and equipment operation training to technicians who are responsible for the execution of reliability test cases
