The RL DTC Merchandising team is responsible for the strategy and operations of our global omni-channel business. This team is redefining how evolving customer-driven best practices in commerce apply to Meta’s expanding ecosystem of hardware, software, and content in a highly matrixed organization.
This growing team is looking for an Accessories Merchandising Manager to establish the practice of product merchandising within our organization and lead end-to-end strategic operations of accessories products across all lines of business including VR, AR, and Portal. This Accessories Merchandising Manager will be responsible for developing and defining an accessories product strategy that drives key focus areas including but not limited to inventory assortment, ownership of product lifecycle management, commercial performance, vendor management, product development, omni channel customer experience, forecasting, annual planning, and promotions.
Qualifications(岗位要求)
4+ years of experience in merchandising, buying, product marketing, or partnerships in an e-commerce or consumer electronics business
Partnership management experience with experience developing relationships at all levels
Experience influencing the design of customer experiences for new products
Experience leveraging big data and analytics to make data-driven decisions
Experience in a growing and fast-paced environment, operating at both a strategic and tactical level
Experience identifying new and emerging technologies within consumer electronics or related space
Description(岗位职责)
Create a consumer-centric accessories merchandising strategy that drives sales through price, positioning, sales analysis, profitability, and promotions
Manage product assortment of all accessories across VR, AR, and Portal lines of business
Drive the Accessories business to forecast, plan, and manage our inventory
Delight customers with new products and experiences across all touchpoints
Establish best practices of merchandising and buying within the Reality Labs organization
Work with both external partners/vendors as well as internal cross functional stakeholders (PMM, Category, Marketing, Creative, Store Operations, Product Management, Analytics) to develop and execute merchandising strategies
Drive ecosystem growth of product hardware, software, and content to establish Accessories as a critical piece of the customer experience now and in the metaverse
