Meta’s Reality Lab division is seeking a North America Trade & Logistics Program Specialist to support a growing portfolio of Trade Mitigation initiatives and opportunities within the Trade, Logistics and Fulfillment (TLF) vertical. The candidate will partner with the RL Trade Global PM, and work closely with internal stakeholders, contributors and collaborators focused on building the strategies to expand our Manufacturing footprint and to support the research of emerging trends in cross border enablement. The role is a unique opportunity for a candidate experienced in Logistics with a passion for Trade who would like to develop into a strategic role supporting the design and implementation of trade frameworks within the processes supporting product development.
This role will be a part of the RL Trade, Logistics, and Fulfillment team and will contribute to the development of cohesive end-to-end processes, processes, systems and work streams to integrate into ongoing recommendations to strategies within the RL Trade & Dangerous Goods portfolio.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
3+ years of overall experience in international logistics
Experience with USMCAA and cross border movement between US, CA, MX, and LATAM
Organizational skills
Robust research and analytical skills
General exposure to Project Management and Project Management tools (i.e. ASANA)
Self-motivated, self-starter with experience to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize
Presentation and communication skills
Problem solving, listening, negotiation & analytical skills
Description（岗位职责）
Research and build profiles for NORAM and LATAM trade lanes between key territories
Build analytics to support messaging on potential Trade Scenarios
Cross functional team outreach and education with best practice guidelines for cross border enablement against specific products
Partner closely with external vendors to facilitate the practical application of Trade concepts in the RL Supply Chain
Support the RL Global Trade PM with Trade focused presentations, messaging, team updates and communications
Contribute to RL E2E supply chain to help effectively manage trade compliance, support logistics, facilitate fulfillment and leverage key resources
Build partnerships with internal and external teams contributing to the RL Supply Chain
Support budget planning and coordination of external Trade & DG related events, conferences, trainings
Help facilitate open channels of communication and visibility between RL US operational teams to influence NORAM related decisions
Support regional cross-functional efforts in APAC and EMEA with NORAM inputs and assessments as needed
Actively contribute to the maintenance of Program Management tools and process to support the RL Trade Strategy
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Broad knowledge of LATAM trade compliance and overall understanding of Mexico trade and logistics import/export regulations
Expertise in Google Drive, Excel, Tableau to build dynamic tools
