We’re looking for a rising Media Operations powerhouse to join our world-class in-house Media Team. The Reality Labs Global Media team (part of Meta Reality Labs’ Global Marketing Communications Organization) is in the process of scaling significantly as we continue to expand our marketing efforts across our product portfolio, and engage more meaningfully with both our internal and external partners.

The Global Media Operations Manager will be part of Reality Labs Media Operations Team, and their remit will span all media across the Reality Labs portfolio (Meta Quest, Meta Portal, Ray Ban Stories, etc.).

We’re looking for a talented operations specialist to partner with Reality Labs Global Media Ops Lead to drive operational excellence, define best practices, solutions, tools, training, & ways of working. They will also set governance standards including contracting with external partners, & ensure internal/external capabilities remain future-focused. The ideal candidate will have media and/or marketing background, with strong operations & change management experience.

Qualifications(岗位要求)

5+ years of experience in media agency or experience working with global & regional media agencies

Understanding of media discipline, channels and nomenclature, tracking tools & systems, media measurement/analytics, and regulatory guidelines

Experience in displaying operations thought leadership and leading through influence, leveraging relationships with global/regional leaders, stakeholders, and partners, both face-to-face and virtually

Proven track record building relationships, presenting to leadership teams, designing, building and implementing new processes and ways of working including desire for continuous process improvement

Description(岗位职责)

Help build & optimize the global media infrastructure and ways of working within the team and with internal and external stakeholders

Develop global & regional standards for media operations & governance, define KPIs that underpin media goals and objectives, and ensure adoption across teams

Ensure implementation & governance of our Media Principles & Standards such as Global Planning & Investment, Competitive Insights & Reporting, Global Media Measurement, Ad Verification, and Billing & Financials

Manage and track Reality Labs Media Ops budget including invoice and accruals from third party vendors such as our agencies

Identify and lead the launch/implementation of required media tools, systems and processes to meet new and emerging business requirements, i.e. Mediaocean Global Plans

Day-to-day management & oversight of media tools & tech such as our Media Planning platform, as well as research tools & ad platforms

Ensures user access governance internally & externally across all tools/tech, while ensuring access guidelines are adopted to meet org & team requirements

Accurate, timely monitoring, and control of media spend & budgets within internal systems (Finance tools, etc.)

Assist in handling media agency partnerships such as tracking scope & service deliverables, budget and fiscal responsibility, billing and invoice accuracy

Enhance and provide thought leadership in performance-led partnership through robust systems, process, and ways of working

Assist Global Media Ops Lead in securing media agency SOW agreements with transparent and competitive remuneration models that provides the best agency talent and resources while working in collaboration with Sourcing and Finance

Help facilitate global quarterly business review (QBR) meetings with media agencies in order to evaluate performance, progress against objectives, and future short-to-long term priorities

Assist Global Media Ops Lead in implementing a Training framework & curriculum that will drive innovation and advancement in media capabilities

Ensures our media capabilities remain future-focused and support the talent strategy

Help lead & improve general media team on-boarding process & requirements for new hires

Help define and implement a scalable transition and change management process, including enabling change through various programs i.e. new tool launch, new process or ways of working, new partnerships (agency, research vendor, etc.)

Advocate and foster a one Media team culture and global mindset, both internally and externally as we interact with adjacent teams and our partners

Ensure strong relationships, communication and integration with key stakeholders such as central marketing teams

Additional Requirements(额外要求)

2+ years of experience in an Operations role in related field (Marketing, Media, Agency/Advertising or Business)

Proven track record of building operational ways of working and influencing teams

Experience working in an ambiguous environment, and working effectively with cross functional teams such as Finance, Sourcing, Marketing teams

Experience managing external agency and tech supplier relationships, building and implementing performance management programs

Experience mapping training requirements and creating training programs for media or marketing teams

Experience in delivering media growth against team’s KPIs

Experience in change management – proven understanding and demonstration of application of transition or change management processes in complex environments

Bachelor’s degree
