Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) Finance drives shareholder value in 15 Areas and 57 subsidiaries and carries the local accountability for finance, statutory and compliance matters across all commercial segments and products.

The Sr Finance Manager for Mixed Reality will lead and execute worldwide core finance processes for Hololens Devices and associated cloud software. The SR finance manager is the Finance partner to the WW Mixed Reality Sales lead and other product-aligned business leaders. The successful candidate will develop deep subject matter expertise on Hololens GTM and KPIs. The candidate will also need to develop strong knowledge of Hololens underlying industry solution and software usage to deliver actionable insights to business partners as well as the senior finance leadership.

The role provides the opportunity to:

  • Have direct business impact on a multibillion $ product portfolio.
  • Build new GTM and Sale processes
  • Partner with senior business leaders to design and implement growth strategies.
  • Get exposure to the overall MCAPS organization, including all Segments and Business Groups

Qualifications(岗位要求)

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field AND 4+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience
    • OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field AND 2+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience
    • OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive experience; BA/BS in Finance/Accounting required; MBA preferred.
  • Demonstrates leadership skills and decision-making ability.
  • Excellent communication skills including the ability to articulate key messages concisely and clearly, while leveraging appropriate visual tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy with a heightened sense of urgency.
  • Demonstrated ability understand complex business models and derive business insight to help strategic decision making.
  • Strong analytical skills: the ability to see beyond the what and understand the why and intellectual curiosity.
  • Team player.
  • Ability to influence, establish credibility, trust, and partnership at all levels of the organization (across geographies and organization).
  • Presentation of results to senior management on a regular basis.
  • Organized and proficient at managing multiple tasks under tight turnaround deadlines.
  • Fluent in English and Passion for Tech products

Description(岗位职责)

Partnership:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships across the MCAPS finance and business partners - Act as an independent, strategic and trusted advisor for your business partner on day to day as well as new finance initiatives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with EG finance for Mixed Reality and Biz apps.

Finance Rhythm of Business:

  • Prep and lead in Mixed Reality month-end reviews such as finance close as well as monthly business reviews.
  • Provide half-yearly planning support for budget and quarterly outlook and forecasting of HoloLens2 business.
  • Work closely with regional leads to finalize A14 budget breakdown.

Process Improvement:

  • As part of supporting an incubation business in a high-growth mode you will be responsible for continuous process improvement to drive automation, efficiency, prioritization, and cross team collaboration.

Analytics:

  • Maintain mixed reality month-end reporting (In partnership with Sales Excellence)
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis on business results/insights as well as ongoing and newly proposed campaigns, and product initiatives.

Drive Internal Compliance

  • Continue strong alignment with Internal Audit, EG finance, CFT and other corporate partners driving risk-based compliance frameworks. Build relationships of trust and honesty to ensure compliance risks are freely discussed and handled in a timely manner.
