Summary(岗位介绍)
Digital humans are a key building block for the Metaverse in AR/VR, and are the bridge to Meta’s existing products. You will lead, define and develop Holograms and Avatars with a lighting, rendering, and shading focus to unlock innovative social experiences 3-5 years out.
Qualifications(岗位要求)
5+ years of experience in game development as a Technical Art Director or Look Development Artist.
Expert level understanding of lighting, color, shading, and photography techniques.
Experience writing complex shader code or utilize tools like Amplify or Shader Graph.
Experience working across a wide variety of lighting methods, including HDR, IBL, pre-baked, and dynamic lighting.
Experience working across a scope of styles (graphic and realistic).
Experience with game profiling and optimization techniques in a real-time rendering environment.
Experience shipping products with stringent runtime performance constraints, such as complex mobile or 3D applications or games.
Experience collaborating on multi-disciplinary teams, including art, engineering, and design.
Experience with dynamic properties of skin appearance.
Description(岗位职责)
Own the shader development for use in real-time prototype experiences, and pre-viz, to inform future roadmaps.
Improve the visual quality and effects in real-time AR/VR experience prototypes.
Work with best-in-class Artists, Engineers, Researchers, and Designers to collaboratively develop the most cutting edge form of co-presence.
Additional Requirements(额外要求)
Deep knowledge of real-time graphics pipeline concepts.
Experience with Unreal.
Augmented and Virtual reality experience (Quest, Rift, VIVE, HoloLens, etc.).
Knowledge of emerging technologies, CV, ML and AI.
