Summary(岗位介绍)

The position will involve building and leveraging strong retail relationships in the North American retail market in support of the Facebook hardware vision. This person will be charged with developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy at the customer level as a subset of the overall organizational vision. The candidate will possess analytical skills and have the ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management. The candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, working cross-functionally with the Product Management, Business Development, Marketing, and Operations teams to develop new ways we can improve the purchase experience for customers.

Qualifications(岗位要求)

Knowledge of the market, industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape

Experience in delivery of sales quotas against business plans

BA/BS in Business or Marketing related field (or similar work experience)

6+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management or Business Development

Experience managing workload within timeframes

Negotiation and communication experience with experience in operators, retail & distribution agreements

Description(岗位职责)

Communicate with internal and external stakeholders

Seek out data, provide insights, and deliver foresight that drives the growth of Meta hardware at retailers

Define and manage an annual business plan with retailers for key activities to be carried out each quarter, clearly defined resource allocations and planned investments from retail partner

Develop and maintain executive relationships

Partner with cross-functional peers in Marketing, Ops, and Finance to optimize merchandising, marketing investment, product detail pages, and overall consumer experience

Own inventory planning with forecast management for retailers and distributors

Support quarterly MDF allocation and reconciliation process

Review Sell In/Out data to identify new opportunities within existing product ranges

Plan all new product launches in collaboration with marketing and business operations, deliver clear and concise communication and plan to partners

Provide an objective viewpoint based on an in-depth understanding of commercial and competitive information Collaborate and provide retail expertise to other Meta teams

Work closely with Operations to implement a CPFR process with retail and distributor partners

Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual targets

Additional Requirements(额外要求)

Experience working with retailers such as: Best Buy US, Best Buy Canada

Experience with Tier 1 US CE Retailers
