Meta Reality Labs is looking for a Service Business Coordinator to join its Service Management & Operations Group (SMOG) supporting the Service Business Manager.
This new position will have the opportunity to research and compile Value Added Service solutions based on defined business objectives, then lead the implementation of selected and approved programs. The position will provide the opportunity to build and manage collaborative cross-functional working relationships as the program is developed, planned & implemented with ongoing opportunities to expand the scope globally.
Qualifications(岗位要求)
3+ years experience in supply chain programs/reverse logistics program management, customer experience, operations.
Demonstrated experience with Customer Service and Satisfaction.
Proven experience to identify, analyze, diagnose and propose program and process improvements.
Skilled in Program & Project management, advanced experience of spreadsheet programs (MS Excel etc.), experience of presentation programs (MS PowerPoint etc.). Experience managing multiple tasks with acute timelines and shifting priorities.
Communication – Demonstrates presenting and listening skills.
Highly motivated to support strategic growth and inquisitive that pursues competitive research and sponsors industry leading opportunities. Measurable experience in implementing, managing, and growing profitable business lines.
Description(岗位职责)
Program Management from inception to implementation as well as in life execution & accountability for: - Upgrade and Sell Back Program for all Meta HW Products - Out of Warranty Solutions for all Meta HW Products.
Ongoing Market Research related to competing Programs including Regular Reporting and Assessment leading to comparison to Meta programs and recommendations where opportunities exist to improve Meta Programs to be more attractive to users of our products leading to higher rates of penetration and financial contribution.
Drive continuous surveys with Meta Program subscribers and publish results associated with Retention, NPS and CSAT complete with key trends & indicators for an optimized customer experience.
Additional Requirements(额外要求)
Familiarity with Consumer Electronics Retail Service Offerings beyond the actual Product itself.
Familiarity with Consumer behaviors and key expectations associated with Consumer Electronic products lifecycle.
