Facebook Reality Labs is seeking an experienced leader in Change Management. Join Team Operations and lead our Change Management Program! Team Operations mission is to create a safe, fulfilling and productive environment. From a new building to a new process, our team is involved to support customer needs in a fast-paced, growing environment. As our research and development teams grow, the need for process changes, tool and equipment changes and space changes creates opportunities and a need for standardized processes to include key partners from facilities engineering, space planning, operations and EH&S. In this role, the Change Management Program Manager will enhance our existing processes for tool and space request to include drawings and turnover packages for robust documentation and standardization.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
5+ years experience leading engineering and process change management program across multiple facilities
BS degree in electrical, mechanical, chemical or civil engineering, business management, or related field
Description（岗位职责）
Enhance change management processes to incorporate process improvements for all tool and space requests for business
Develop key metrics and reporting on change management programs to include capital expenses, timelines and adoption across all Facebook Reality Lab locations
Lead the tooling engineering support to drive process improvements in change management process
Partner with key stakeholders for site implementation, execution and alignment across global sites
Incorporate long range planning and capital projects into change management programs
Travel up to 20%, including internationally
