The DTC Merchandising & Customer Experience Team within Reality Labs is redefining how merchandising operates across our global business. The Merchandising & CX Team balances art and science while influencing within a highly matrixed organization. The Merchandising Lead is responsible for driving innovative solutions to build, launch and optimize across all of our DTC surfaces. The Lead will enable creativity while focusing on solving problems and leading the team as they deliver their best work.

The Reality Labs Direct to Consumer team is looking for a merchandising leader with experience defining and driving multi surface merchandising strategies in a fast-growing, category-defining global company. This person will be inspired by our vision for the metaverse and the opportunity to build it together with a diverse community of builders. The Reality Labs Meta Merchandising Lead will be responsible for developing and defining a holistic merchandising strategy to build synergy and innovation across our surfaces. The Merchandising Lead will work cross functionally with Product Management, Engineering, PMM, Marcom, and Analytics to deliver new experiences and new programs across the organization.

Qualifications(岗位要求)

5+ years of Merchandising/Product Marketing/Product Management Experience

Leadership experience managing teams/projects

Experience leading large scale customer facing implementations

Experience analyzing and deriving insights from multiple sources

Data Driven storytelling with a balanced lens on consumer trends

Proven experience in building & managing cross-functional relationships

Effective communication and presentation skills, willingness to prioritize, balance & execute competing deliverables

Lead and develop a growing team ensuring alignment between individual strengths and business needs

Collaborate with cross functional teams (PMM, Category, Marketing, Creative, Product Management, Analytics) to develop & execute merchandising strategies

Ensure implementations across all surfaces align with team goals

Utilize data and insights to define long term goals and the short term drivers of success and assess the tradeoffs to accomplish goals

Model inclusive behaviors and build a diverse organization that values, respects, and taps into different backgrounds and perspectives

Understand Reality Labs strategic and competitive position to deliver an industry leading customer experience

Consistently build strong internal partnerships, influence through others, resolve conflict, build alignment, and work effectively across teams to execute strategy

3+ years multi channel Merchandising/Product Marketing/Product Management Experience
