Summary（岗位介绍）
The Service Management and Operations Team seeks a Service Operations Software Engineer supporting the Reality Labs (RL) remanufacturing, factory setup and supplier qualification to deliver products to the market at scale.
We are looking for a self-driven individual to drive the development and improvements of the service operations engineering application, tools, and infrastructure through automation and scalable engineering methods. Your role will be to act as the interface between the Meta Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing teams, and vendor to implement and execute comprehensive service solutions for our products.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Degree must be completed prior to joining Meta.
3+ years of experience in an industry-standard language (e.g. Java, Python, C++, Objective-C, JavaScript) and Android application development.
Trouble shooting, analytical, and influencing skills.
Demonstrate software engineering experience from a previous internship, work experience, coding competitions, or publications.
Track record of successfully completing projects of large scope.
Description（岗位职责）
Optimize software and processes for performance, availability, reliability, scalability, and automation in the application and tools.
Interface with outside vendors and internal cross-functional teams to understand system design and implementation.
Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams. Drive tasks across other teams.
Write and review code, develop documentation, and debug complex problems.
Develop, maintain, test, and deploy high quality software tools to service operations globally.
Explain technical problems with data and analysis, and provide detailed feedback and solutions.

Experience in driving results, motivate, and instill a sense of urgency in others.
Experience achieving results with minimal supervision.
Consumer Electronics and/or Carrier experience.
