Summary（岗位介绍）
Meta’s consumer hardware division (Reality Labs) is seeking a Dangerous Goods Transportation (DGT) Vendor and Risk Program Associate to oversee our Dangerous Goods Compliance Center (DGCC) and our DG software implementation. The RL division is developing augmented and virtual reality products and platforms to further connect the world. As our research, teams and development sites are rapidly expanding, this position has been created to ensure our vendors are onboarded efficiently, managed effectively, and are performing according to Meta and RL standards. The role will require a keen interest in driving safety, an appreciation of the Dangerous Goods Transportation requirements, and understanding of how metrics influence decisions and development. The candidate will engage with regional vendors and suppliers.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
4+ years operations experience
Experience exposure to transportation safety program, DG regulations and shipping operations
Experience presenting service-oriented solutions and being a team player
Effective time management skills with experience coping with rapid response to priority changes and deadlines
Description（岗位职责）
Ensure our DGT vendors are onboarding RL suppliers according to the RL DGT process and within the designated systems.
Evaluate the execution of the DGT vendors against the DG Classification requirements as RL transitions to new processes and tools.
Support the management of the DGT team budget.
Help streamline and oversee the responsiveness and performance of key vendors and service providers.
Analyze and report against the RL DGT Case management system and assist in suppler in supplier follow up.
Help identify and develop metrics (classification SLA delays, classification inflow variances, etc.) to influence vendor continuous improvements.
Assemble strategic calendar of key deliverables for our partners.
Support cross functional program management activities key to achieving quarterly objectives.
Periodic travel is required including visits to Service Providers’ sites/locations.
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Solid practical and hands-on experience on vendor manager services
Deep knowledge of Global Dangerous Goods & Safety practices
Solid experience in managing strategic partnership with leading service providers
Excellent Project/Program Management with critical thinking and strong organizational skills in managing project timelines
Resourceful and well connected on updates on logistics market place
4+ years’ experience in supply chain vendor management
