The Privacy Engineering organization ensures that Meta is doing everything technically possible to protect people’s data while building great products.
This team of mission-minded individuals is expert in the landscape of privacy risks and passionate about consulting across the company on implementing the proper safeguards and technical mitigations to ensure that our users’ privacy is honored across the Meta family of products.
As a Technical Program Manager on the Fundamentals Privacy Engineering team, you’ll be a part of a groundbreaking team to ensure users and developers are safe and delighted with their experiences across our platforms, devices, app ecosystems, and more. The ideal candidate will share our passion for engineering solutions that make privacy easy, improve user trust and internal data clarity. The candidate will work closely with our engineering and product management partners to develop and follow through on multi-year privacy-first roadmaps and help define what comes next in Privacy.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager managing software programs from inception to launch
Experience delivering technical programs or products from inception to delivery
Experience building systems and processes for user privacy and security
Experience applying fundamental security or privacy concepts to large scale systems
Experience developing software roadmaps for complex consumer products
Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership
B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
Description（岗位职责）
Manage engineering programs that enhance privacy and security of Meta Reality Labs’ products and infrastructure
Provide privacy guidance to new projects and initiatives
Establish program management framework and process for managing and tracking deliverables to each team efficiently
Communicate privacy decisions to the broader cross-functional team, and ensure that those decisions are properly aligned and implemented
Relationship building and collaboration with cross-functional teams
Develop, track, and communicate roadmaps, proposals, status updates, and key decisions

Experience designing and implementing systems for data audit and analysis
Experience designing and implementing systems that enforce privacy compliance
Experience advocating for technical privacy solutions across functional domains
