At Reality Labs (RL), our goal is to explore, innovate and design novel interfaces and hardware subsystems for the next generation of virtual, augmented, and mixed reality experiences. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Systems Engineer to join our team, whose mission is to be a key supporting member working on virtual infrastructure, supporting manufacturing operations across several groups. We are specifically looking for a candidate with experience in design and building of manufacturing systems in cross-functional and fast-paced environment and who can work with a team of engineers, technicians and management who are developing new manufacturing processes. More broadly, the chosen candidate will work with a diverse and highly interdisciplinary team of researchers, engineers, and operators and will have access to cutting edge technology, resources, and testing facilities.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
4+ years of experience with applications systems management (specifically front-end and back-end support)
2+ years of experience supporting an MFG System such as MES, Shop floor Integration, and ERP
2+ years experience working on automation systems supporting communication protocols such as SECS/GEM or OPC
Experience in IT systems and ticketing systems
Experience in performance tracking and troubleshooting of IT systems
Understanding COTS nature of the MES system
Experience in articulate IT requirements and needs to MFG systems personnel that may not understand broader IT functions
Description（岗位职责）
Maintain and update the Manufacturing Data Systems virtual infrastructure
Assist in MES requirements development if those requirements require either – a) technical coding work or b) software/hardware/networking changes
Connects the manufacturing facility to Facebook IT (Enterprise Engineering) to drive required changes to enable communication to the shop floor
Supports integration of shop floor equipment to higher systems (Data aggregation systems and MES)
Supports data aggregation effort by providing technical expertise in data systems to consume/process manufacturing data
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Experience in broader data systems architecture, specifically with integration of multiple shop floor equipment to an MES
Experience developing and delivering reports and data flow pathways
Familiar with Root cause analysis and Lean principles
Bachelors in engineering or scientific discipline or extensive experience in IT/MFG systems (specifically application integration and ownership for manufacturing system)
