Summary（岗位介绍）
As MPM intern in RL, the main focus will be to launch our high-quality products cost competitively, and with the focused responsiveness to ensure product availability in the channels at the required times.You will partner with key cross-functional stakeholders to drive organizational alignment, standardize key supply chain business processes such as Material Drive forecasting, monthly Capital Request for material procurement, Risk Buy process and Open PO reconciliations, Clear to Build (CTB) Process, and Deal Review Forum process, etc. actively identify business risks and actions for mitigations with supply chain projects to enhance business intelligence (e.g., Supply Chain System).
Our internships are twelve (12) to sixteen (16) weeks long, and we have various start dates throughout the year.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a BS in Supply Chain, Manufacturing & Operations, Engineering or equivalent experience
Must obtain work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment
Basic knowledge of supply chain and electronic components
Basic knowledge of project management
Basic excel skills
Interpersonal skills: cross-group and cross-culture collaboration
Description（岗位职责）
Manage CTB (clear-to-build) standardization project. Collect user requirements from XFN teams. Assess current CTB reports across all product families. Work with MPM team to design a standard CTB.
Develop module level CTB (Clear-to-Build) project. Work with MPM/GSM teams to design module level CTB. Work with MPM and Module Suppliers for implementation
Manage OPO (Open PO Report) standardization project. Work with MPM/CM to design report format and check points. Assess CM capability to meet reporting requirements

Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Intent to return to degree-program after the completion of the internship
Experience in project management (Planning, Cost, & Delivery) and factory operations in high-volume hardware manufacturing
Highly proficient in excel skills (advanced formula, Macro)
Experience communicating and influencing cross-functional teams
