Summary（岗位介绍）
Meta’s Silicon Program Management team is driving the state-of-the-art forward with breakthrough work in computer vision, machine learning, mixed reality, graphics, displays, sensors, and new ways to map the human body. Our chips will enable AR devices where our real and virtual world will mix and match throughout the day. We believe the only way to achieve our goals is to look at the entire stack, from transistors, through architecture, to firmware, and algorithms.
This position has a 24-week duration. All candidates are expected to commit to a consecutive 24 week timeframe for successful completion of the program. At the end of the term, those participants who have demonstrated their ability to succeed and make an impact at Meta will be considered for a full-time position. Roles are filled as candidates are identified.
This program is open to all candidates who have relevant professional experience and have been out of the workforce for 2 years or longer immediately prior to the start of the program. Qualifications（岗位要求）
3+ years of experience in silicon/ASIC program management or equivalent.
Experience dealing with ambiguity in a fast changing consumer electronics field.
Experience in managing silicon product cycle from definition to Tapeout and bring-up.
Committed to owning/driving project development using well-defined metrics.
Description（岗位职责）
Serve as the primary point of accountability for Silicon TPM execution.
Work with a cross-functional team of Silicon designers, HW EE, Test and Business teams to set milestones, create integration plans and identify/address potential setbacks/risks and mitigation plans.
Develop schedules, identify critical paths and bottlenecks and maintain execution throughout the duration of programs.
Effectively communicate program status to key cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
Manage delivery of chips for the development builds and ensure qualification to meet mass production timelines.
Ensure program documents are complete, current and available for staff and leadership review.
Manage external vendors in the development of custom Silicon, including managing resources, setting review processes, working with supply chain and operations.
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
PMIC and Analog ASIC Design experience.
Understanding of hardware and software integration challenges.
Experience driving silicon and material
Knowledge of AR display industry trends and disruptive technologies.
