Working with the Mixed Reality Strategy and Operations group you will be part of a centralized team that helps ensure Mixed Reality products and tools meet all our Microsoft and product specific security requirements. We are looking for a highly motivated, mission-driven security leader to be accountable for building data pipelines for reporting systems security metrics and health. The position will be accountable to facilitate partner team compliance to security programs, standards, and fundamentals with detailed reporting to measure that compliance for our leadership team.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
Required
- Must be U.S. Citizen to meet government screening requirements
- 1+ years experience in building and maintaining security information and health pipelines
- 1+ years experience working with PowerBI, Azure Log Analytics, Azure Data Lake and other Azure data offerings
- 1+ years hands-on experience with Azure/Azure Gov products and security offerings
- 1+ years of direct experience operationalizing NIST 800-171 regulations and reporting in R&D environment
- Direct experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Windows Defender Endpoint and Intune, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building complex project plans and tracking completion, negotiating commitments, and escalating on blocking issues constructively
- Proven communication skills and ability to understand the value and drivers behind adjusting style and tone for a given audience, including technical and non-technical peers across the company
- Proven ability to work through ambiguity and drive to help inform and educate others on physical security and sensitive asset management
- Have strong planning, organizational, time management and judgement skills
- Confident and skilled in preparing and delivering presentations and briefings to customers, stakeholders and senior leaders
- Previous experience in enterprise risk management, internal audit, or compliance
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Citizenship Verification: This position requires verification of U.S. citizenship to meet federal government security requirements.

Description（岗位职责）
- Develop and implement data systems to track and report on system security posture and incidents.
- Facilitate and report on partner team compliance to security programs such as S360, SDL, 1CS
- Assist with performing threat models and security assessments on internal Mixed Reality tools and products
- Create and perform executive level reporting on overall Security health metrics for Mixed Reality systems and products
- Develop a program dashboard and regular communication channels to communicate status of program to leadership
