The Reality Labs Product Experiences team produces experiences and demos that create product and platform evangelists - bringing hardware and software to market through memorable demos and experiences. We engage individuals and communities to deliver on the promise that technology builds human connections.
We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, detail-oriented Product Experience delivery lead to work cross-functionally in leading and executing demos at-scale. This Delivery lead will join the Product Experiences team within the Reality Labs Production and Operations organization and will help lead the delivery of Product Experiences globally.

Qualifications(岗位要求)
5+ years of Product Experience delivery and marketing project management
Experience in cross-functional collaboration, demo and content design
Communication and presentation experience with proven track record of working with executives and high-visibility stakeholders
Experience with standard project management tools and methodologies
Experience with G-suite, MS Office, Keynote, Quip and other Word processing and presentation software
Experience working with a large, matrixed, global tech company, with experience in a rapidly scaling department
Experience initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance or support
Description(岗位职责)
Design, develop and scale the delivery of Product Experiences in support of internal and external stakeholders
Deliver a high volume of Product Experience requests - across 1:1 and 1:many settings - while maintaining high overall satisfaction scores
Lead the triage of inbound Product Experience requests including tiering, prioritization and trade-offs
Curate content for distinct audiences to showcase the power and potential of AR and VR technologies
Implement processes and playbooks that help scale the Product Experiences program globally
Level 1 technical troubleshooting of devices and engineering real-time creative solutions during Product Experience delivery
Support and manage the hiring of Product Experience and Demo Specialists
Communicate status, risks and mitigations to stakeholders and partners, proactively identify potential setbacks and develop mitigation plans
Availability and willingness to travel up to 50% to support global Product Experience delivery
Additional Requirements(额外要求)
Extensive product experience delivery experience incl. scaling a delivery program
VR and gaming experience and/or smart home technology experience
Mix of agency and in-house professional experience
Experience contributing at both strategic and operational levels
Experience with triaging, event production, technical operations and program scaling
