Summary（岗位介绍）
Our team is working to develop new semiconductor technologies based on microLED devices, to enable novel displays for future generations of Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality products. We have an exciting opportunity for a product engineering manager to join our New Technology Introduction team, with experience in Project Management and Technology/Product Qualification methodologies, ideally in display and/or opto electronic components.
Ideal team members are adaptable and resilient, with an eagerness to approach unfamiliar problems with curiosity and tenacity.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
B.Sc, MSc or PhD in physics, electrical engineering or equivalent industry experience
5+ years experience of managing technical teams in semiconductor development
2+ years experience in use of quality tools, data extraction, analysis and reporting, with experience gained in such areas as semiconductor yield or quality engineering, semiconductor process engineering, foundry management, device fabrication, test or assembly manufacturing
Ability to operate effectively in a working environment with high ambiguity (i.e. ramping products from R&D > pilot > High Volume Manufacturing)
Description（岗位职责）
Lead and support a small team of engineers working on product engineering of microLED based components to enable new display technology introduction for future Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality devices
Work closely with product test, yield and reliability engineering, technology development, and systems engineering teams to meet display product roadmap objectives for quality and performance metrics.
Work to develop and establish the culture of quality at the interface between Meta’s product development and operations teams as we transfer, qualify and ramp new semiconductor technologies
Collaborate with internal teams, external partners and suppliers and key vendors to identify and mitigate risks to successful product introductions and ramps at our partner facilities.
