Meta Reality Labs (RL) is seeking an experienced Site/Lab Planning and Operations Manager who has in-depth knowledge of lab operations with well rounded lab build project management experience across the APAC region. You will support our APAC RL engineering teams through project management, vendor coordination, equipment move coordination/installation/maintenance and asset management.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
BS in Engineering, Construction Program Management or equivalent experience.
5+ years of relevant work experience to meet above requirements.
Travel up to 30% including internationally.
Description（岗位职责）
Represent users across APAC sites in the development of specialty spaces within offices including labs, testing environments, demo rooms, etc.
Program new office builds based on team growth and specialty space needs and partner with Meta Facilities team to monitor/track project milestones, timelines, and drive to completion.
Interface with onsite facilities team for lab support activities including chemical delivery.
Gather equipment data sheets from lab users to ensure lab services meet equipment requirements
Coordinate with lab users to execute preventative maintenance and inspection schedules for lab equipment
Arrange for the installation and servicing of new lab equipment
Develop APAC regional sites/labs related plans/goals and report to track OKR and goal progress
Planning and fit-out of lab spaces including activities of manage sourcing, procurement, installation, and vendor commissioning process
APAC sites/labs budget planning & tracking
Manage and run team meetings, with follow-up to provide a comprehensive set of live data at all times.
Collaborate with Meta Space Planning and Real Estate Transaction & Project Team to develop RL APAC site build strategy
Manage lab equipment emergencies, coordinate repairs with tools vendors, and track outstanding action items to completion
Experience operating and build cleanroom environments
Prepare project/program correspondence and presentations as needed for status reports, executive updates, meetings, annual planning, etc.
