Reality Labs is on a mission to build the next computing platform by putting people at the center of emerging hardware and software technologies. In Reality Labs, we have a Product Operations organization, that includes the business, marketing, insights, and sales functions, as well as a PMM team that leads the development of product GTM strategies and in-market business/portfolio strategies.
This role will support the In-Market PMM team in the newly formed Home & Work pillar, which includes Portal today. Key areas of accountability include portfolio and product lifecycle management, customer engagement and retention, and activations to optimize execution against the full customer journey (Marketing, promotional planning, demand and supply outlooks, etc.).
Qualifications(岗位要求)
6+ years professional experience in brand management and/or product marketing in consumer goods or consumer technology
BA/BS degree
Foundational business acumen, including marketing, sales, and supply chain experience
Analytical skills with experience in e-commerce and/or brick-and-mortar selling strategies and business performance metrics
Experience establishing strategy and bringing it to life in actionable plans
Experience identifying risk and managing trade-offs across cross-functional stakeholders
Experience collaborating across functions to progress initiatives, resolve conflicts, and drive timely decision making
Experience synthesizing business information and clearly conveying in Executive level-communications (facilitate business reviews)

Use strong business acumen to lead in-market growth initiatives in collaboration with cross functional teams
Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Growth Product teams to identify scalable business opportunities across markets, adapt and adopt market-level learnings to drive Global scale
Conduct basic and complex business analysis to identify problems, find trends, develop and test hypotheses, to drive decision-making and strengthen business plans
Support annual business planning and organizational change management working as part of a new and growing team
Collaborate across Meta categories and business units to identify and implement best practice acquisition and engagement strategies
Additional Requirements(额外要求)
MBA degree
Experience working in a large, matrixed organization
Experience growing a new business in the US and international markets
Experience collaborating with external partners to drive mutual business outcomes, developing new co-marketing and/or co-selling strategies and managing partnership collaboration
Understanding of B2C and B2B selling models
