Qualifications（岗位要求）
MS in Engineering, Physics, Optics, or equivalent work experience
Hands-on experience in optical testing instrumentation development from concept to qualification
Knowledge in most of the following technical areas: imaging optics, image quality metrics, radiometry, light source metrics, environmental factors affecting optical sensor performance, and product reliability
Experience in opto-mechanical design and basic experience in analyzing and manipulating CAD
Experience in test automation (instrument control, data acquisition) and statistical analysis using MATLAB, JMP, Minitab, or equivalent tool
Communication and presentation skills
Description（岗位职责）
Partner with hardware/software engineers, optical scientists, and process engineers to define testing requirements and methodologies
Develop and qualify tolerance- and manufacturability-related instrumentation to characterize performance parameters of a key optical sensing system and its sub-modules
Generate thorough test reports and perform data analysis to provide performance feedback and identify improvement opportunities
Partner with optical modeling experts to build correlations and close the loop between measured and simulated performance
Support the design validation and spec refinement activities by executing user and safety studies, FMEA and environmental analyses
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
PhD in Engineering, Physics, Optics, or a related technical field
3+ years of experience in advanced optics environment working on research or productization
Experience in AR/VR field
Experience in 3D optical sensing methods and sensors, familiarity with related algorithms
Knowledge of Design of Experiments (DOE) methodology and Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) approach
