Qualifications（岗位要求）
BS degree
3+ years experience in sourcing or related disciplines in PCB/FPCA including elements (i.e., raw material, EE BOM, SMT, etc.)
Experience in technology and supplier evaluation/selection, should cost models, contract negotiations and supply base management
Leadership, program management, and cross-functional teamwork experience
Experience communicating with and influencing all levels of management
Formulate contingency plans to de-risk technical challenges, long lead time, single source, and any supply issue
Description（岗位职责）
Develop commodity or category sourcing strategies ensuring the suppliers are capable of meeting FRL’s current and future technical and business requirements
Explore and recommend new or advanced technologies to implement and routinely keep key stakeholders apprised of market trends/technologies
Continually benchmark the industry to monitor technology trends and ensure best practices are incorporated into the FRL supply chain
Establish supplier selection criteria, evaluate alternative suppliers, manage the RFQ process, and drive final supplier selection in partnership with the Accessories team, Engineering, Quality, and other cross-functional partners
Negotiate various agreements as needed with suppliers to establish best-in-class pricing, flexibility, quality, delivery, payment, warranty, and service terms
Formulate contingency plans to de-risk technical challenges, long lead time, single source, and any supply issue
Institute programs to optimize schedule flexibility while minimizing excess inventory exposure
Work with CM partners to resolve any part shortages or quality problems which affects production schedules
Own the ramp plan, ongoing production plan and forecast, tooling qualification schedule and tooling life for all designated suppliers
Influence supplier technology roadmaps and create internal disruptive value-add to ensure Facebook’s system architecture and commercial requirements are met
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Advanced engineering degree and/or MBA
Experience with high volume, consumer electronics products
Mechanical or EE engineering background and working experience with PCB/FPC designs
Experience managing suppliers with factories in China and Asia
