As a R&D Hardware FEOL uLED Integration Engineer, your job will be engaging with key internal R&D teams to develop our current and next gen displays. You will help define requirements and deliverables, schedule and track project progress, as well as running hardware at our internal facilities. Ideal team members are adaptable and resilient, eager to approach unfamiliar problems with curiosity and tenacity, and able to find ways to help our research teams be more efficient.
Qualifications(岗位要求)
BS/MS in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineer, Physics or a related field or equivalent experience
Experience and understanding in Front End of Line semiconductor processing (2+ years)
Experience in Design of Experiments (2+ years)
Experience in Structured Problem Solving (2+ years)
Extensive knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes in general (2+ Years)
Experience in at least one of device integration lithography, etch, or deposition (2+ Years)
Description(岗位职责)
Building and managing project plans for Meta material being run at research facility
Designing and modifying baseline integration schemes
Carrying out risk assessment and mitigation for key integration modules
Engage with internal R&D Partners to understand and drive technical outputs
Designing and implementing experimental work-flows at internal facilities
Designing and implementing integration flow control plans
Following and disposition of experimental material targeting fast cycle times
Optimization of process modules for flexibility and stability in supporting fast prototyping integration flows

Background in GaAs and GaN material systems
