Summary（岗位介绍）
As a VR Release TPM, you will drive the delivery of Quest VR software to users at scale. You’ll collaborate across teams to implement tooling, automation, and improved telemetry and alerts to ensure that we have high quality releases.
We are looking for individuals with broad experience in software development and program management. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across a large organization, balancing priorities across various stakeholders, and implementing systems and processes to deliver VR experiences to users more efficiently. This person has excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within diverse, cross-functional teams.
This team is seeking someone with a strong technical background, preferably one that has experience with improving product performance and reliability, and someone passionate about driving user sentiment improvements by solving deep and challenging technical problems.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
7+ years experience as a Technical Program Manager or Product Manager working in a cross-functional software development environment.
Experience with release cycles and processes for live products.
Experience with software development processes and best practices.
Knowledge with project and issue tracking systems.
Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams.
Experience managing launch or commercialization of one or more software or consumer products.
Experience managing and overseeing multiple on-going initiatives simultaneously.
Experience operating autonomously and driving and setting goals for multiple teams.
Cross-functional communication and collaboration experience.
Description（岗位职责）
Manage cross-functional programs in a matrix organization covering VR releases.
Lead and prioritize strategic initiatives while working closely with teams across the organization, including partner teams around the world.
Tackle complex problems with a strategic mindset and create programs for solving those problems.
Proactively identify upcoming risks, inefficiencies, issues, and bottlenecks for VR releases.
Ensure accurate and efficient triage and lifecycle management of production tasks.
Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery.
Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases.
Define and own metrics and key performance indicators.
Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks.
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Familiarity with metrics collection, applied data science, and presentation via dashboards.
