Summary（岗位介绍）
Meta Reality Labs, or RL, focuses on delivering Meta’s vision through Augmented and Virtual Reality (AR/VR). Compute power requirements of AR/VR require custom silicon. RL Silicon team is driving the state-of-the-art forward with breakthrough work in computer vision, machine learning, mixed reality, graphics, displays, sound processing, sensors, and new ways to map the human body. Our chips will enable AR/VR devices where our real and virtual world will mix and match throughout the day. We believe the only way to achieve our goals is to look at the entire stack, from transistors, through architecture, to firmware, algorithms, OS, and Apps.
We are looking for an SOC development leader who can further build out the team, its capabilities, its methodologies, and support the team in addressing the development of high complexity, extremely low power SOC for our entire product portfolio.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science/equivalent with 15+ years of similar experience or Masters with 13+ years of experience or PhD with 10+ years of experience.
Track record of leading/owning and shipping of low power, high performance, consumer hardware SoCs.
Knowledge in low power design techniques and digital design, SoC integration, SoC verification, physical design at most advanced FinFET nodes.
Description（岗位职责）
You will build the team to integrate internally developed IP and third-party IP into complex, extremely low power subsystems and SoCs.
You will own the creation of methodology for, and performing, SoC micro-architecture, design, integration, and verification. All with strict low power requirements.
You will lead the design of SoCs that are at leading edge fabrication nodes, and include the cutting-edge IP for security, power management, coherent CPU complex, GPU, ISP, ML, CV, high speed IO, LPDDR, and more.
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Good understanding of most systems on modern SoCs: SoC security, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Graphics, Compression, Audio, CPU and Cache Coherence, SoC Fabrics, Image Acquisition, Power management and delivery, Design for Testability, Design for Debug, Design for Verification.
Experience developing an Application Processor SoC.
Experience building teams and methodology from the ground up.
Experience working in a fast moving, cross-functional environment.
Successful track record of leading teams of 10’s of engineers (at least 30).
