As the Reality Labs Marketing organization continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced candidate to join the Reality Labs Creative and Production Team - the team that creates integrated campaigns, works across all marketing channels to ensure consistent brand, develops collateral for internal and external events, designs packaging for hardware products and creates innovative retail and experiential experiences.
The successful candidate will support Reality Labs packaging artwork production and must have experience in print production, design, mechanical creation, and packaging development. This person must thrive within cross-functional teams, excel at building and managing relationships with internal partners and vendors, and exhibit strong organizational, communication and financial management skills. Must be flexible and skilled in managing cross-functional relationships, establishing program processes, and resolving complex logistical issues. Must be comfortable with a fast-paced, often ambiguous, start-up environment.
Qualifications(岗位要求)
6+ years professional experience in program management, producing or project management
Experience working directly in technology and packaging design, whether in an agency, brand marketing, production vendor or start up environment
Experience in Google Docs, Keynote, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
Experience collaborating cross-functionally
Organization and people experience in setting priorities, problem-solving, and multi-tasking, and negotiation
Experience managing product marketing projects and operations for hardware company
Experience with print production (from production to delivery)
Flexible cross-functional manager and experience with a fast-paced, often ambiguous, start-up environment
Description(岗位职责)
Key partner for decision-making, identify gaps and recommend process adjustments to fill them
Develop and manage workflow and schedules for packaging artwork projects, and communicate/coordinate the team to ensure successful delivery of packaging artwork for various product launches and packaging update initiatives
Develop relationships with other Meta teams and vendors in order to ensure production goals and delivery, including cross-functional collaboration, launch, hand-off or sunsetting during a typical product lifecycle
Create strong partnerships with core Marcom team and key packaging cross-functional partners including Product Marketing Managers, Technical Program Managers, Product Managers, Print Producers, Art Producers, Designers, Production Artists, Industrial Designers, Packaging Engineers, and Legal
Act as lead point of contact for the Technical Program Management team on individual packaging artwork production programs (outer box and in-box)
Expert level knowledge and management of developing high-quality materials including all layouts, mock-ups and mechanical builds, often with tight deadlines
Intermediate level knowledge of design, product development, engineering, materials/papers, inks, finishing
Maintain brand integrity and content accuracy across all project deliverables
Work with Program Management Lead to understand where projects fit within the go to market plan, to prioritize competing needs with good reasoning and creative solutions, and coordinate resources across multiple projects and teams
Anticipate project needs and drive issues to closure by bringing together key partners for decision-making
Identify gaps and recommend process adjustments to fill them
