Summary（岗位介绍）
As a Technical Program Manager in the Reality Labs Developer Infrastructure TPM team, you will play a key role in defining, and driving highly complex, cross-functional software programs that ensure developers have the tools they need to efficiently build the future of AR/VR computing. These programs have high leadership visibility and span multiple teams and systems across teams. You will help drive efficiency across all areas for the Supported Workflows for all RL Developers
Qualifications（岗位要求）
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management.
Proven track record in delivering tech programs or products from concept to delivery.
Proficiency in gathering user requirements and defining project scope.
Effective communication skills, including translating non-technical requirements into technical discussions and vice versa for internal and external teams.
Experience articulating features and system details effectively.
Experience working with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products.
Description（岗位职责）
Lead technical discussions as a cross-functional partner, providing thought leadership during product reviews, and designing and implementing process and strategy frameworks that facilitate goal-setting, decision-making, and business impact.
Establish shared goals with product teams across the company to create alignment and scale products to drive developer efficiency .
Articulate your team’s technology vision, requirements, goals, and milestones to stakeholders, fostering collaboration across teams and functions.
Integrate technical knowledge, subject matter expertise, and trends to make informed decisions and influence business direction through data-driven analysis.
Develop and oversee end-to-end project plans, ensuring on-time delivery.
Provide hands-on program management throughout the project lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases.
Manage risks and changes effectively.
Influence program and product direction, simplifying complexity.
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Knowledge of software development processes such as CI/CD and/or Testing Frameworks.
Software experience in a development and deployment of at-scale web-applications used around the globe
Background in enterprise Software as a Service (SaaS) or direct interaction with businesses as customers.
Experience in managing developer relationships or coordinating roadmaps and deliverables with third parties.
Familiarity with OS platforms like Android or Firmware
Enthusiastic and adaptable in a dynamic environment where flexibility and creative solutions are valued.
