Summary（岗位介绍）
In this role, you will be responsible for manufacturing research and development to solve
complex problems that directly impact final product quality, cost and delivery of Oculus AR/VR products. You will define and implement manufacturing process best practices to the design of our products. You will be a key member of the Technical Operations team and will partner closely with Hardware Engineering, Quality, Test Engineering and our Manufacturing partners providing early and on-going manufacturing involvement to ensure new products are
manufacture-able from concept, to mass production and through end of life.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
BSME/BSEE/BSIE or equivalent (MSME, MSIE desired)
10+ years of SiP/Packaging experience
Solid experience of SIP/Module packaging manufacturing process experience in – cleaning, underfill, molding, SMT and other packaging technologies.
Expert experience in molding, laser and sputtering process. Deep dive SiP manufacturing optimization from DFM, material and process perspective.
Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English
Ability to communicate effectively in worldwide environment
New product introduction and manufacturing operations experience required
Altium, Allegro, Valor, NX and JMP experience will be a plus
Demonstrated capability in statistical methods of data analysis
Moderate travel within Mainland China with some travel to Asia Pacific region and US
Description（岗位职责）
Driving SiP DFM review, co-work with cross-function team to evaluate and migrate manufacture risk in product earlier stage.
Partner with EE, PD and Quality teams to identify and resolve SiP manufacturing challenges by following best practices and principles.
Qualify and scale Facebook partner SiP manufacturing process, set-up high standard and robust manufacture process.
Leading SiP manufacturing process trouble shooting. Improve top issue and yield of each NPI build.
Advanced packaging technology/process developing. Implemented new process or material technology for high yield and cost effective.
Provides production support engineering with respect to technically complex SiP procedures, testing methods and failure analysis.
