Meta is seeking a Strategic Partner Manager to help grow and nurture relationships with a set of top-tier Spark customers and partner with them on some of the most strategically important, innovative Augmented Reality (AR) projects being developed with Spark. Spark AR is an end-to-end platform that enables a global community of creators and developers to imagine, create and share AR experiences that reach billions of people. Through the Spark AR platform, we aim to discover and fill meaningful human needs with AR that will be a part of this future. The focus of this role will be on growing and nurturing the ecosystem of creators, developers and businesses making and publishing AR content with Spark technology. These customers for Spark include a large and vibrant community of individual creators, established creative agencies and studios, and blue-chip businesses across verticals. Through these relationships, we support their work, growth and engagement with Spark.
The successful candidate will have strong creative sensibilities, is strategic-minded and can bring operational rigor to our team. They will engage with some of the world's most influential brands, media, sports and gaming companies as well as the technical creators who are defining AR through their output. They must have experience effectively collaborating across a diverse organization of engineering, product and business entities to drive results.
Qualifications(岗位要求)
8+ years of experience working in a producing, account management, partner management or equivalent function
BA/BS degree
Description(岗位职责)
Architect and manage multiple AR productions across strategic initiatives and in collaboration with various third parties (AR customers and creators)
Enhance the creative output into Spark through direct relationships with creators
Drive multifaceted and integrated campaign timelines for internal teams and external partners
Manage the end-to-end process for shipping strategic projects including pitches, treatments, budgets, vendor contracts, project schedules, milestone tracking, creative reviews and distribution plans

Experience with the Spark AR Platform
Experience collaborating and leading cross-functionally with experience building consensus among multiple stakeholders in an entrepreneurial, high-expectation environment
