Summary（岗位介绍）
As MP MPM in FRL, you are held accountable for launching and scaling our high-quality products cost competitively and ensuring product availability in the channels at the required times. You will oversee both material strategy and daily execution from ramp throughout the product life cycle, with the focus in supply availability, visibility and readiness in accordance with business goals. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignments, tackle challenges and deliver results ranging from Material Drive forecast, monthly capital request, Clear to Build (CTB) management, Risk Buy management, to liability projection and E&O mitigation. As we continue to grow, you are expected to actively identify gaps in processes and lead projects for efficiency or standardization improvements.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
5+ years of experience in supply chain operations and outsource manufacturing management.
BS in Supply Chain, Manufacturing & Operations, Engineering or equivalent experience.
Experience in project management (Planning, Cost, & Delivery) and factory operations in high-volume hardware manufacturing.
Experience in leadership through cross functional team management and mentoring junior team members.
Experience communicating and influencing all levels of management.
Description（岗位职责）
Work closely with Product Ops and Planning teams to develop material buffer strategies that maximize material availability and minimize liability risks.
Prepare monthly capital/budget request, manage risk buy process, provide procurement authorization to CM partners and monitor PO status thereafter.
Manage the material drive process and provide consolidated forecast to GSMs, acting as liaison between planning and procurement teams for demand vs supply discussion.
Close material shortages, optimize allocation across programs and report material status, opportunity and risk through CTB process.
Drive supply flexibility through lead time reduction, second source, and PRQs.
Project material liability to facilitate demand or roadmap discussion and mitigate E&O exposure.
Provide necessary analyses (waterfall, what-if etc.) to support decision making related to demand vs supply.
