We are looking for an Interaction Designer to come join us in delivering the next wave of Mixed Reality experiences in an exciting new project. In this role, you will combine the holistic thinking of a product designer, the technique of an interaction designer, and the aesthetics of an artist. You will bring your unique perspective to our insights-based process as we seek new ways that technology can empower people and groups to transform the world. You’ll work alongside others in a highly collaborative, cross-disciplinary rapid prototyping environment where we test early, test often, and tirelessly push for the best. Qualifications（岗位要求）
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in design with an emphasis on interaction design, graphic design, product design or experience design
- A portfolio that showcases delightful and well-crafted experiences, with a refined understanding of systematic thinking
- Great visual design skills and ability to apply and extend a design language
- Expertise creating design systems, product guidelines or interaction guidelines
- Meticulous sense of detail and ability to seek out simple solutions to complex design challenges
- Excellent professional communication, collaboration, time-management, and organizational skills
- BA/BS in Interaction Design, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or related field/discipline
- Proficiency on mainstream creative tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing, prototyping and shipping AR or VR experiences.
- Experience with 3D visualization tools (e.g. Cinema 4D, Maya, or Houdini)
- Experience working in real time engines such as Unity
- Experience designing UI systems
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
– Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Description（岗位职责）
- Conceptualize and develop innovative mixed reality design solutions, user experience flows, and interactions for Mixed Reality experience
- Design UI/UX Systems for Mixed Reality experiences that scale across multiple device form factors, including VR and AR
- Design mixed reality common controls, patterns, and sample applications to demonstrate best practices in mixed reality experiences across different input modalities
- Work closely with the Creative Director and creative design team to define and drive a cohesive end-to-end experience
- Provide creative solutions to complex visual and interaction problems that are intuitive and delightful.
- Contribute in all phases of product development; iterate in low-fidelity to arrive at the best possible design, then execute at high-fidelity to create and deliver ship-quality experiences and content
- Actively participate in creative discussions and reviews, as part of effective communication with team members across disciplines
- Develop clear guidelines and documentation that others team members can follow
- Communicate and present your ideas to the team and generate excitement
- Collaborate with cross-discipline peers to solve experiential and technical problems and drive magical product experiences from concept to completion
