Qualifications(岗位要求)

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a customer facing role with top enterprise customers driving digital transformation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to drive ROI analysis and business value assessments
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication/presentation skills through all levels of the organization, technical and non-technical. Proven ability to effectively partner with executives at top enterprise customers
  • Strong problem-solving skills, customer empathy and ability to think strategically
  • Proven track record of working closely with large field organizations into customer environments
  • Innate curiosity and ability to self-start in an ambiguous and rapidly changing startup environment
  • Strong organization, project management, leadership, and cross-group collaboration skills
  • Technical proficiency in designing, building, implementing, and deploying scalable, highly available architectural systems (5+ years)
  • Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or related field, or 10 years of equivalent technical industry experience

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Description(岗位职责)

To accomplish our mission, we partner closely with enterprise customers to drive digital transformation with proven ROI for new processes enabled through Mixed Reality. We are looking for customer-obsessed individuals with a proven track to join our growing team to drive digital transformation with these large enterprise customers. In this role you will take direct responsibility for 3-5 high potential customers to establish a partnership to accelerate their broad workforce adoption of Mixed Reality. Specifically, you will: -

  1. Identify and define the core scenarios and business value for the customer
  2. Establish executive level support and investment within the customers organization
  3. Work directly with the customers business unit and budget stakeholders on an ongoing basis to accelerate through the POC à Pilot à Scaled deployment life cycle
  4. Partner with internal teams to drive e2e blockers to resolution whether platform, solution, or business

Further, you will use successful customer deployments to build the p[laybook to drive repleatability to impact broader scale deployments through our field. And you will be accounjtabel for learning, documenting, and scaling best practices into the broader Microsoft success engines.
