The Mixed Reality team is developing future technologies to support richer human interactions between physical and virtual worlds that uphold existing responsible AI principles and go further to ensure trust and safety is at the forefront of all that is created.
The Responsible MR Studio is a division of the Mixed Reality Design & UX Research team. The Senior Design Strategist will take a design-led approach to uncovering opportunities and establishing design guidelines for ethical hardware and software that powers mixed reality experiences, including first party devices, first and third-party software solutions, and platform services. The studio will work closely with product teams to help articulate and bring to life requirements that span architecture to potential societal implications of mixed reality technology.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
What you’ll need
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in business and design strategy, product planning and design execution, customer engagement activities, practices, and planning.
- True entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate successfully in a growth company environment.
- Self-starter with ability to multitask and manage time effectively under tight deadlines.
- Ability to ask, as well as answer, meaningful and impactful questions.
- Experience with Human-Computer Interaction as it applies to Mixed Reality and AI experiences
- Experience applying ethics, DEI, accessibility, and inclusive design on consumer, commercial and public sector products.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

Description（岗位职责）
What you’ll do
- Lead generative research sessions, interviews, and workshops to identify new opportunities and solutions around inclusive design, ethics and socially responsible experiences in AI, Mixed Reality, and the Metaverse
- Lead and engage a broad set of stakeholders (internal and external) from business executives, design and research partners, product owners, and engineer teams through iterative Human Centered Design process to frame and scope design problems.
- Create clear and concise design strategy across emerging and often ambiguous intersections of technology and human experiences
- Translate insights and complex technology and business requirements into value drive design opportunities
- Identify and solve emergent problems in the midst of complex and quickly moving initiatives
- Create and tell captivating stories.
