Summary（岗位介绍）
The Creative Motion & VFX Producer is responsible for selecting, prioritizing, editing and delivering content of all types (text, video, photo, etc.) in a fast-paced, deadline environment. The ideal candidate should have experience in entertainment video production, proven motion graphics skills, and a strong passion for Virtual and Augmented Reality.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
At least 5 years experience in video games, video/television post production, or equivalent education and experience
Experience in After Effects, Cinema4D, Unreal Engine 4, and Unity
Experience in creating high-quality motion graphics & 3D animation for short and long-form video game teasers and trailers
Attention to detail and communication skills
Interpersonal skills and experience interacting with cross functional teams, including Marketing and all levels of the organization
Familiarity with creation of both long and short form video content
Proven organizational skills, experience working in a fast-paced environment
Experience prioritizing a varied workload to meet deadlines
Description（岗位职责）
Plans, provides, manages and tracks all needed services required for a final publishable VR Interactive experience including hardware, vendors, direction, editing, and other specialized support
Manage external houses to create content appropriate for VR
Create pipelines and workflows for 3D animation, from motion graphics to in-engine character models
Optimize content for Facebook, Instagram and other online media platforms
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Knowledge of video games industry trends
Experience in Virtual Reality and/or Augmented Reality
