In this highly-versatile, extremely rewarding role, you will be part of an exciting, talent-overflowing team working on developing software that will be widely adopted. You will be part of Apple’s Video Engineering team, focused on building compute pipelines for generating synthetic data. Synthetic data is used to train machine learning algorithms for computer vision, AR/VR and more. Your work will bring tremendous impact to the overall data design, and in getting functional products to millions of customers.
To succeed within this role, you should have shown experience in several of the following areas:
Qualifications（岗位要求）
5+ years industry experience
At least two years of production Go programming language experience
At least two years of production Python programming language experience
Experience building microservices and RESTful APIs
Experience with CI/CD (continuous integration, continuous delivery) processes and principles
Experience in Agile software development methodologies/Scrum and rapid releases
Experience building cloud native solutions
Understanding of Unix/Linux operating systems
Ability to drive a project from a simple idea to production
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Description（岗位职责）
As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for building our next generation synthetic data processing pipeline. Work alongside 3d engineers from film and game studios to generate data used to train machine learning algorithms. Work closely with the team in a collaborative environment, review specification and needs, architect and develop new methodologies for solving complex problems. Assist with bring-up of physical and virtual prototypes for Apple’s state-of-the-art products.
