Summary（岗位介绍）
Beat Games, part of Reality Labs at Meta, have big plans for our game and to achieve that, we are looking for a 3D Artist to join our studio to help take Beat Saber to the next level.
We are an award-winning VR game studio based in Prague, Czech Republic. Our project Beat Saber has sold over 4 million copies to date, defining interactive music across all genres and collaborating with some of the world’s biggest artists such as Billie Eilish, BTS and Lady GaGa.
This is a key role in building the future of VR games and entertainment with the Beat Games team. We are a growing team of leaders in the VR industry at the cutting edge of where music and games come together. This role will help deliver new features, services, and improvements to Beat Saber across multiple VR platforms.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
Proficient in industry standard art tools such as Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, Houdini, Modo, Zbrush, Photoshop, Substance Painter or similar
Strong understanding of video games development and the art-creation process
Experience in collaborating with design, tech art and engineering teams
3+ years of experience in asset creation on AAA or mobile game projects
A portfolio that demonstrates you flair for striking in-game visuals
Description（岗位职责）
Strong 3D modeling skills across game elements, characters and environment assets
Knowledge of optomized asset creation for real-time rendering on mobile GPU and above
Evolve and execute an artistic vision at a high production standard
Collaborate with developers to ensure proper integration of assets into the Unity game engine
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Texture painting experience and/or shader knowledge is a plus
Ability to pre-viz and prototype assets with supporting reference materials
VR experience a bonus but not essential to the role
Unity experience is useful if you want to be more hands on (will also teach if wanted)
