The Oculus Electrical Engineering department is looking for a talented ECAD Librarian to manage our global ECAD library database. The candidate will work closely with electrical engineers and PCB layout engineers across the Facebook organization to create, verify, and publish library parts, including schematic symbols, PCB footprints, and 3D component modes.
Qualifications（岗位要求）
An associated or bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of experience with Cadence OrCAD/Allegro with CIS/CIP librarian part development.
Thorough understanding of industry standards for footprint and schematic symbols.
Familiarity with IPC-7351 for library component creation.
Description（岗位职责）
Manage companywide ECAD library files and CIS/CIP databases.
Work with Electrical and Mechanical Engineers to create schematic symbols, PCB footprints, and 3D component models.
Verify, validate and publish library parts into the ECAD libraries.
Support PCB layout engineers for fab and assembly package generation.
Work with cross functional teams to support ECAD tool to company PLM system integration.
Additional Requirements（额外要求）
Knowledge to Agile PLM system.
Knowledge of PCB fabrication and DFX process.
Experience with simulation for signal integrity and power integrity.
