Qualifications（岗位要求）
Basic Qualifications:
- 10 years’ minimum experience in Software Engineering
- 5 years’ minimum experience coding C# or C++
- 10 year’s minimum experience shipping highly scalable services, networked applications, or distributed systems.
- This position requires access to export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software, and services governed by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Due to contractual limitations and ITAR obligations associated with this role, U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, or protected person status under 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3) is required.
- Candidates selected for this position must comply with Federal Executive Order 14042 mandating that federal contractors and subcontractors receive the COVID-19 vaccine by being fully vaccinated before their date of hire, or work with Microsoft to receive an approved religious or medical accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Debugging ability across technology stacks
- Working with the latest cloud and distributed services technologies (Azure, Kubernetes, etc.)
- Experience working in ASP.NET Core or Unity
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
