Summary（岗位介绍）
We are looking for a Metrology Engineer to join our Advanced Metrology Team. Working on Microsoft HoloLens you will be part of an expert organization which consists of professionals from the fields of metrology, optics, micro- and nanofabrication, and process technology.
In your role you will contribute to the development of nanofabrication processes by providing physical characterization of the component using our metrology tools. You will be part of an expert team and will work in cross functional environment to link the metrology, the fabrication, and the design.

Qualifications（岗位要求）
- Minimum 2 years of metrology experience and bachelor’s degree in physics, materials science, electrical engineering, computer science or similar discipline.
- Experience with SEM, AFM, or another metrology equipment.
- Knowledge of JMP data analysis software or equivalent.
- Good understanding of micro, nanofabrication, and metrology.
- Good oral & written communication & teamwork skills in English

Description（岗位职责）
- Characterization of nanostructure component using advanced metrology technique.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor the metrology equipment.
- Develops, reviews, and executes test plans for standard features or products.
- Participates in the development of dashboards or reports for testing and quality metrics.
- Analyzes and interprets results of data and data/statistical analyses to identify common problems or flaws that may affect a feature or product design change and brings them to the attention of other engineers or team leads.
