Qualifications（岗位要求）
Bachelor Degree with at least 3 years of experience
Experience with database systems
Computer applications experience such as Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Understanding of lab safety protocols, experience with EHS compliance
Communication experience to facilitate the work of a multidisciplinary team
Experience managing vendor and contractor engagements
Time management skills with experience meeting deadlines
Organizational skills
Description（岗位职责）
Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth CAPEX and OPEX PO process from quotation, purchase order, payment and delivery
Establish workflow management system for CAPEX and OPEX planning and execution for wireless team
Drive monthly budget forecast for Wireless team and work with Operations and finance team to monitor expenses and implementing cost saving measures
Support and coordinate Reality Labs Wireless lab build-out, equipment installation & upgrade, and maintenance
Work on lab utilization rate, equipment purchase planning and space planning to support ongoing projects for Reality Labs
Coordinate with vendor on equipment calibration, maintain calibration records and service agreement of equipments owned by Reality Labs
Work with cross functional engineering managers and collaborate across multiple engineering disciplines to deliver high quality lab working environments
Execute strategy and plans for directing and communicating lab safety and operations
Define and enforce safety protocols in partnership with our internal Environmental Health and Safety, EH&S team, ensure compliance with currently established EH&S protocols
Define and coordinate preventative maintenance across all lab equipment and auxiliary tools
Ensure laboratory process documentation is generated, updated, and reviewed to a high standard
Source and maintain laboratory equipment and machinery and inventories of supplies in partnership with EH&S
Work with the site facilities team to address issues affecting labs
