As a display process engineer, you will be a key member of our Display and Optics organization, developing cutting edge display processes, leading the development of advanced technologies, and designs, and working with the evolving ecosystems. These tech capabilities are essential assets to provide differentiating aspects to our HW platforms for better product development. You will be the part of a tight-knit group of highly talented engineers at the forefront of the innovation for AR/VR and portal product development.


Ph.D degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Material, Optics Engineering with 5+ years’ experience or Bachelor/MS degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Material, Optics Engineering with 7+ years’ experience

Hands-on experience and proven track record in the display industry.

Experience working with one or more of these technologies: LCD panels, optical films, display or optical module equipment development, display or optical module process development, display driver IC (DDIC), familiarity of with display electrical interfaces, polarization optics, diffractive optics, birefringence, color science, colorimetry, and visual optics. Experience managing and working with external partners

Ability to communicate and deliver clear messages to cross-functional teams

Willingness and ability to travel both domestically and internationally.


We are looking for process engineers across several display engineering areas such as display driver IC (DDIC), display module process, LCD panel process, and LCP process.

Additional Requirements(额外要求)

In-depth knowledge of displays, display development, or display production process

The development of module equipment’s & process integration in display, touch or optical module technologies

Ability to build prototype fixtures and jigs to evaluate equipment/process concepts

Ability to perform and design DOEs, data analysis, SPC control, root cause investigation, failure analysis, implement corrective action

Hands-on measurement experience

Display Driver IC development and validation

Extensive knowledge on various display interfaces like MiPi, eDP, SPI, I2C

Understanding sub structure of display panel driving from input to output

Hands-on experience in laboratory work and in setting up of high-quality and reliable optical measurement systems.

Developing optical film and display industry process monitoring and testing equipment.

Optical design tools such as Zemaz, FRED, or ASAP.

Experience with designed experiments, quality control methods, and related statistical data analysis methods and tools.

R2R commercial process for optical films for polarizers and/or diffractive optical films

Experienced in LCD cell process and panel design
